Voice Metrics LLC, in partnership with Vertex Software, is launching SurveyLine at The Alexa Conference in Chattanooga, TN. SurveyLine is the first and only platform that allows brands and organizations to create surveys to be taken with voice assistants. Initially compatible with Alexa, SurveyLine will also work with other voice assistants such as Google, Siri, and Bixby.
“Online web survey tools have been available for many years, and now SurveyLine takes the concept of self-service surveys, feedback forms and polls, and puts it on Alexa,” says Stuart Crane, Founder/CEO of Voice Metrics. “Companies can go to our website, www.surveysbyvoice.com, create a survey with various question types, and instantly make the survey available to be completed, by voice, with the SurveyLine Alexa skill.”
SurveyLine was developed under a partnership between Voice Metrics LLC and Vertex Software, with additional input and assistance by the Ohio State University student-led non-profit organization, Voice First Tech. Representatives from all three organizations are attending The Alexa Conference in Chattanooga, and will be demonstrating SurveyLine in Booth #408.
SurveyLine’s first corporate user is The Alexa Conference itself – attendees of the conference will be directed to give their feedback about the event using the SurveyLine Alexa skill.
